1. Ischemic Heart Disease (हृदयरोग / ह्रदयघात पूर्व स्थिती):
Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD) is caused by reduced blood supply to the heart due to atheromatous plaque buildup in coronary arteries. It can present as chest pain (angina), breathlessness, and may progress to a heart attack if untreated.
